It's more than just swimming...
“The support I have received from the coaches and the club has been phenomenal.
Being part of the squad has been the best thing for my child's mental health and happiness.
When with his peers and coaches at swimming he becomes a vibrant character that enjoys being sociable and is comfortable and confident in his surroundings. The children in the squad and the coaches have been invaluable the last few weeks.
Being part of the Dolphins family and spending time with them has given him confidence in himself, not just the swimming but the ability to be himself and feel an equal to his peers where he is not judged on academic achievements.
I really would like to thank you all from the bottom of my heart. You have no idea what it means to me and him. You all work so tirelessly and voluntarily for our children, yet still manage to go the extra mile to keep them happy, safe, encouraged and spend time getting to know each child and what makes them tick.
It’s not just about the swimming, it’s about being part of a community/family that nurture other aspects of the children’s lives, it’s a place where their personalities can shine and grow, and they are only ever encouraged.
You’re all warriors. A thousand thanks."
