Arena Lincolnshire Junior League - Round 1!

What an amazing Round 1 of the Arena Lincolnshire Junior League! We certainly made our mark and finished 2nd competing against the top club teams in the County. 

I cannot even begin to say how proud and happy we all are. Every swimmer (some had never done this before) swam their heart out in Grantham but it was the amazing team spirit that really shone through. To hear every swimmer being cheered on by their team mates and all the poolside squad is why we all do this. It’s in our hearts.   

I think Olive, the stolen Corby octopus, brought us good luck. Thank you to Liv, Leon and Olivia for their support, your experience and advice to those little ones (and me) is invaluable. Thanks also to Ian and Emma also on poolside and our two officials helping at the event, Jane and Sarah.
